Eurofins Analytical Services India in collaboration with The Assam Bought Leaf Tea Manufacturer’s Association (ABLTMA) launched the Mobile Residues Testing Laboratory for tea leaves in Dibrugarh, Assam, on June 17, 2024. Inaugurated by the state minister of industries & commerce and public enterprises Honourable Shri Bimal Borah, this laboratory is the first of its kind in Assam's 200-year tea history.

The Mobile Residues Lab is equipped with advanced instruments like LCMSMS and GCMSMS and has ISO 17025 accreditation. The lab will swiftly and efficiently test pesticide residues, enhancing tea quality and safety for small and medium growers.
