Tanuja embarked on their Eurofins journey in 2014, starting with the management of a small team overseeing group-operated websites. As the company expanded, so did their responsibilities, leading them to manage the global HR solutions team and its operations. Their nine-year tenure at Eurofins underscores the organisation's commitment to continuous learning and career growth.

My journey at Eurofins has been a remarkable adventure of growth and opportunity. Starting with a small team managing group-operated websites and evolving into overseeing the global HR solutions team's operations, it's been an incredible journey of personal and professional development. Eurofins has emphasised the importance of investing in continuous learning and skills development to ensure a successful career. I've made it a priority to enrol myself and my team in various training sessions, ensuring that we stay at the forefront of industry standards and technologies.

Learnings @ Eurofins

Eurofins has taught me several valuable lessons that have shaped me as a leader. First and foremost, self-learning and honing one's natural strengths are crucial. Early in my career, I had the privilege of working with an excellent mentor who emphasised the importance of self-learning and improving one's strengths. This realisation led me to focus on working effectively with people and solving practical problems, which has been instrumental in my professional growth.

Additionally, I've learned the significance of always seeking new opportunities for growth, not just for myself but also for my team. Managing large teams requires identifying and creating growth opportunities to keep everyone motivated and advancing in their careers.

At Eurofins, I've been involved in revamping the look and feel of the corporate website and expanding responsibilities to non-corporate websites, ultimately building a global central team that manages various aspects of web support and development such as infrastructure hosting, development, Search engine optimisation, Quality assurance, and support.

Furthermore, I've come to understand that building a great team is essential for success. Organisational culture is shaped by how people interact within it, and hiring individuals with trust, integrity, and the right qualifications is critical. I'm fortunate to lead a team that consistently delivers high-quality work and prioritises customer satisfaction, contributing to our collective success.

Off-work

As a woman, achieving a healthy work-life balance is paramount to me. Eurofins has allowed me to fulfil my professional responsibilities while also dedicating time to my family and personal interests. Beyond my career, I am deeply passionate about interior design, cooking, travel, and reading. I firmly believe in the importance of a sound mind and body, so I make yoga and meditation a daily practice.

My husband and I share a common love for ancient and vernacular Indian architecture. We are curious learners, always seeking to understand the science behind these magnificent structures. Our shared interests extend to road trips, where we explore places that align with our mutual fascination.
