Common contaminants ACC test for include; carbon monoxide, volatile organic compounds (VOC's), formaldehyde, fungal spores, and particulates.
Baseline Indoor Air Quality Studies
The first step in an IAQ evaluation is the performance of a Baseline Study. During the study, tenants complaining of symptoms or odors are interviewed and asked to complete a questionnaire that helps ACC's Indoor Air Quality consultants & specialists determine the possible cause(s) of the problem and the location within the building of concern. With this information our IAQ professionals are able to focus their inspections and air quality testing.
