Our Metals and Alloy Testing Services
Our laboratory is furnished with reliable and modernized instruments like Inductively Coupled Plasma-Optical Emission Spectroscopy (ICP-OES), X-Ray Fluorescence (XRF), and Spark OES.
These sophisticated instruments offer multi-element analysis and are highly sensitive. We were the first commercial laboratory in India to use Spark Optical Emission Spectroscopy (Spark OES) for analysing known metals in solidified form.
Spark OES, a reliable and powerful technology, is the most widely adopted technique in the field of analysis of metals and alloys in solid form. It offers fast speed, high accuracy, efficiency, and precision. It does not require any sample dissolution and can analyse 400 to 500 samples in a day.
To attain reliable and repeatable results through Spark OES, we own an extensive range of Certified Reference Materials (CRM) to cover the full spectrum of metals. Samples not susceptible to be analysed through Spark OES for their elemental composition are analysed through XRF or ICP-OES.
